A standard check-up captures one moment. Precision health connects medical history, laboratory and physiological measurements, wearable data and selected genetic markers, then turns them into a physician-reviewed profile and action plan.
The program includes a physician assessment, laboratory and physiological testing, wearable tracking, selected non-diagnostic genetic markers, a Precision Health Score across 12 domains, a secure digital report, a personal plan and structured follow-up.
You begin with a health declaration and medical assessment. Testing and wearable measurement follow, then your physician reviews the combined results with you and sets a personal plan with scheduled follow-up.
It identifies selected variants associated in research with areas such as metabolism, cardiovascular health and physical capacity. These markers provide context, not a diagnosis, and are interpreted alongside your other health data.
A physician selects the relevant laboratory panel and physiological tests. Additional tests may be recommended based on your medical history, health declaration and individual risk profile.
It is designed for adults who want a deeper understanding of their health, earlier identification of risk and long-term support for performance, wellbeing and prevention. You do not need symptoms or a diagnosed condition to take part. It does not replace emergency care, investigation of active symptoms or treatment for a diagnosed condition.
Using one standardized and reliable data source lets the clinical team compare HRV, sleep, stress, recovery and training load consistently over time. You can use an approved Garmin you already own for 22,500 SEK, or choose the 28,500 SEK option with a Garmin watch included. Apple Watch, Oura and Whoop are not currently supported for automatic program data transfer.
Access is limited to authorized personnel, and health and genetic data are handled under applicable rules for data protection, confidentiality and medical records. You receive full information before the program begins.
You receive an updated report showing your latest results, the changes made during the program and your updated Precision Health Score. Your physician reviews the outcome with you and provides recommendations for continued improvement and the next phase.
The format and frequency follow your selected program. Reviews may be digital or in person and are led by a physician and/or physiologist. We compare relevant blood markers, physiological tests, wearable trends and progress against your plan, then adjust your priorities when needed.
A physician reviews the finding in its clinical context, explains what it may mean and recommends appropriate next steps, such as repeat testing, further assessment or referral to ordinary healthcare. The program supports prevention and follow-up but does not replace medical care.
The wellness allowance may only apply to the standalone Precision Health Screening (Light). Eligibility depends on your employer's rules, so confirm with your employer or benefits portal before purchasing.
