Dr. Shahab Farnamfar
Medical director at Sigtuna Care Unit and founder of Sweden Precision Health Science Institute. He earned his medical degree in Iran in 2000 and moved to Sweden in 2004 for a research collaboration, beginning doctoral studies at Karolinska Institutet.
His PhD in cancer biology was completed at the CCK Cancer Center (2004–2011) in Associate Professor Olle Sangfelt's group, studying Fbxw7/CDC4 dysregulation in tumour development, work that identified novel mutations across several cancer types, including several first reports globally.

His work integrates clinical practice, scientific method and a patient-centred approach, with a focus on preventive medicine and precision health.
